Sono nato a Napoli e mi sono laureato in Scienze politiche presso la Università di Napoli "Federico II.

 

Appassionato da sempre della Rete ne seguo, con passione (maniacale, dicono gli amici), l'evoluzione sin dalla fine degli anni '90 sperimentando ed approfondendo la materia del web pubblishing.

 

Questa passione mi ha portato a realizzare tanti progetti sperimentali in Rete tra cui anche questo Blog.

 

Vivo in una città, quale è Napoli, calato nelle contraddizioni sociali di una dimensione urbana che appare, a volte, prepotentemente surreale.

 

Ma in fondo va bene così. Questa città indiscutibilmente ha un suo fascino e, comunque, gli stimoli esterni forti che trasmette sono formativi, ti mantengono con i piedi per terra e spesso sono così coinvolgenti che non mi danno il tempo di pensare e questo nella vita, a volte, può essere anche un grosso vantaggio.

 

Nel frattempo, leggo, osservo e scrivo e non ho perso la speranza che questo paese in qualche modo possa rinascere.

 

Perchè questo blog

 

In Rete ho sperimentato, in questi anni, tantissime forme e strumenti di comunicazione. Tutti indistintamente appassionanti ed appaganti.

 

Alla fine di questi percorsi (ma più che fine credo bisognerebbe parlare sempre di inizio) ho deciso di intraprendere la tortuosa strada (sempre in salita) della comunicazione utilizzando un blog.

 

In questo paese ci sono molte menti vive con le quali è un piacere riuscire ad interagire. Ed in questo senso un blog costituisce uno strumento semplice, flessibile, ma allo stesso tempo potente. Uno strumento che riesce a mettere in sintonia le idee delle persone avvicinandole sul fertile terreno della cultura.

 

Il mio sforzo con questo blog va esattamente in questa direzione.

 

Recita l’articolo 21, comma 1, della nostra Costituzione: “Tutti hanno diritto di manifestare liberamente il proprio pensiero con la parola, lo scritto e ogni altro mezzo di diffusione“.

 

Le linee guida le abbiamo, così come uno strumento potentissimo che è la Rete. Bisogna solo darsi da fare.

I have been a great (maniacal, friends say) Web lover since the late ’90’s experimenting and deepening web publishing in particular.

 

This passion has led me to a number of on-line experimental projects, among which also this Blog.

 

I live in a city (Naples) too often humiliated by the social contradictions of its urban dimension that appears, at times, unbelievably surreal.

 

However, despite all, it’s all right all the same and I love it. Unquestionably this city has a unique charm, which invariably mixes up with negative stereotypes circulating in the outer world. The people here are well aware of this ever-lasting antinomy and, surprisingly, know how to hold their feet on the ground.

 

In the meantime, I read, observe and write, and I have not lost the hope that this city somehow can revive.

 

Why this blog

 

On the Web I have been experimenting, in these years, a lot of forms and tools of communication. They are all equally involving and satisfying.

 

At the end of these runs I have decided to undertake the tortuous road (always dangerously uphill) of the communication through a blog.

 

In this country there are a lot of bright minds with which it is a pleasure to be able to interact. And in this sense a blog constitutes a simple, flexible, powerful means: a tool that enables people to discuss ideas and issues on the fertile ground of culture.

 

My effort with this blog goes exactly in this direction.

 

Article 21, paragraph 1, of our Constitution says: “All have the right to freely manifest his/her own thought with the word, the writing and any other means of communication”.

 

Given these guidelines, as well as a powerful tool that is the Internet, it is only a matter of commitment. Let’s do it then.
